Stretching is an undervalued and often overlooked part of staying fit. Join us twice a week for this fun, easy and engaging class that uses no-impact principles from yoga and pilates to work on improving your flexibility, posture and overall wellness. This class is co-ed and welcomes all ages and experience levels.
