Beginning Monday, May 4, 2020, Utility Billing will re-open one window in the customer service lobby. We encourage customers to continue to pay bills online and sign up for Aquahawk, a resident utility portal allowing you to monitor water usage, set and receive alerts, and control monthly water bills. Trash bags and recycling bins will be available for purchase.
Utility billing customer service processes the monthly utility bills and payments. Payments are due on the 2nd Friday of each month. Customers may contact a customer service representative to establish or disconnect service, inquire about their utility bill, inquire about service disruptions, report water leaks, and purchase garbage bags.
