My garbage/recycling/brush was not picked up because it was missed or it was put out late. What should I do?
Please have your garbage/recycling/brush set out the night before or no later than 7 a.m. on the day of your scheduled collection. Drivers are on a tight schedule and cannot always return if the material is not set out on time. However, if your garbage/recycling/brush was not collected, please call our office at 713-662-8150 or report it to us online as soon as possible. We will attempt to have it picked up that day if possible. Those items will be picked no later than the day of your next scheduled pick up day. If possible, however, we will attempt to collect those items on the next business day.
Please note, if you contact us and/or we receive notification after hours, on the weekend, on a holiday or day before a holiday, the situation will be addressed on the next business day.
