The Gymnasium is located in the Recreation Center and is adjacent to the front office. Participants must be 12 years of age or older and have a valid Recreation Membership or pay the daily admission fee ($10) in order to be allowed into Open Gym unattended by a parent/guardian. Participants can play basketball in the gymnasium during Open Gym hours.

Wednesday: No Open Gym
Thursday: 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM
Friday: 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM *Hours are subject to change depending on programming

Recreation Center Facilities
The Bellaire Recreation Center has many great activities to offer. These include the Fitness Room and Open Gym. Sign up online for activities held in the Recreation Center.
The Fitness Room is located on the Southeast corner of the Recreation Center (next to the locker rooms). Participants must be 16 years of age or older and have a valid Recreation Membership to use this facility. In addition, admittance to the Fitness Room requires a one time, FREE, 20-minute orientation class. To make an appointment call 713-662-8280.

Proof of Residency
You must show proof of Bellaire Residency to purchase a Resident Recreation Membership. Please bring a valid driver's license and a current utility bill with you at time of purchase.
A guest is considered a Visitor to the Bellaire/Houston area and must pay the Visitor Pass Fee to use the Recreation Center. A current member must accompany a guest.
A visitor day pass costs $10.
