City Clerk

The City Clerk is appointed the Mayor and City Council. The City Clerk participates in the administration of city election through Harris County.

General Responsibilities include recording and editing minutes of meetings, plan and direct the maintenance, filing, safekeeping, and computerization of all city documents. Issue public notification of all official activities and meetings. Maintain and update documents such as the City Code of Ordinances. Prepare meeting agendas and packets of related information.
