Ribbon-Cutting and Celebration

The City of Bellaire invites you to celebrate the completion of the Municipal Facilities project with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and celebration. This celebration marks the end of the reconstruction of the Bellaire City Hall and Civic Center.  Self-guided tours of the building will begin at 4:30 pm. A ribbon-cutting ceremony will follow at 6 pm near the gazebo, and we will roll into a concert at the pavilion with Bellaire's very own Ezra Charles.  Hot dogs and soft drinks will be served by the Bellaire Police Officers Association.
