RFP No. 23-004 will consist of services to evaluate water distribution system valves throughout the City of Bellaire and replace poorly functioning or nonfunctional valves as needed. These valves are used to control the flow or pressure in a distribution system, ensuring that water is able to make it from the storage location to the City’s homes and businesses. The selected respondent will be responsible for evaluating all water distribution system valves and replacing valves as directed by City staff.
