Parking will be available along South Rice Avenue for Bellaire City Hall patrons until 5:00 pm on Thursday, December 5. ADA accessible parking will be available in the Bellaire City Hall parking lot until 2 pm and on South Rice Avenue just north of Bellaire City Hall until 5 pm Thursday, December 5. Additional parking is available on Jessamine Street and Fifth Street.
