From hauling trash to hauling street sweepers, Genesis Alvarado has done it all! Genesis started working for the City of Bellaire 9 years ago in Solid Waste, today she’s an Equipment Operator I in the Public Works Streets and Drainage Division – keeping Bellaire roads smooth, signs standing tall, drains clear, and sightlines safe (tree branches don’t stand a chance).
Recently promoted and now tackling her Commercial Driver License, Genesis is setting the pace and proving there’s no traffic jam on the road to success! Big thanks to Genesis for keeping Bellaire rolling and residents safe every single day!
