In lieu of the annual Holiday in the Park festival, the City of Bellaire will be hosting a COVID-19 friendly holiday drive-thru. Bring your letters for Santa's elves to place in the mailbox, then wave to Santa who will be sitting at a distance in the City Hall parking lot! This event is free and open to the public. Vehicles only, no walkups.
