Dress your dogs in their frightening best and join the dog parade!
Prizes will be awarded to those with the best costumes. Categories include Best Owner/Pet, Best Fright and Best in Show. (Large and Small Dog Categories)
Parade begins at Evergreen Park and ends at Officer Lucy Dog Park located at 4337 Lafayette in Bellaire.
All dogs must have a pet license.
To register for the parade please stop by the Bellaire Recreation Center.
