Beth oversees various engineering and management projects as the Assistant City Manager/City Engineer of Bellaire. She joined the City Manager’s Office after leading the Public Works Department of Tomball, where she was responsible for the City’s infrastructure and services. She also has experience as Tomball’s City Engineer. Beth holds degrees from Rice University and the University of Houston. She met her husband at Rice University, and they have two children. Beth enjoys family trips in her spare time.
