If you need to reset the court date the officer has given you please read the following information.
- No resets will be granted over the telephone
- Tuesday arraignments are reset for 1 week only
- Resets for arraignments will be granted until the day before the actual court date
- If you fail to appear in court at your scheduled time and you have not had the case reset prior to the court date, a bond must be posted to get a new court date or you may pay your citation in full. Otherwise, a warrant will be issued for your arrest.
- To reset a trial date, a bond will be required in the amount of the citation.

Exit Bellaire Boulevard off loop 610 and go west on Bellaire Boulevard to the 2nd traffic light, which is South Rice Avenue. Turn left on South Rice Avenue and go to the 1st traffic light, which is Jessamine Street. Turn right and the building will be on your right hand side.
