Agenda Management System
City of Bellaire Drives Meeting Efficiency February 2014
The City of Bellaire has deployed a new agenda management system to drive public meeting automation and citizen awareness.
The City of Bellaire is committed to taking time consuming paper based processes and automating them. We realized that by moving our agenda management process to an electronic one we can save money and more effectively deliver this critical information to our citizens. Our new agenda management system is easy to use and takes our manual processes and automates them which frees up staff time; not to mention saving paper. We have provided several ways for the public to access this information.
Once you are on the city’s website you can access the city’s new agenda management system by clicking the button on the bottom right of the page called “Meeting agendas, minutes and videos.” Once you are on the meeting portal site you will find links to all available agendas, agenda packets, approved minutes and videos.
You will also see “For historical archived meeting agendas and minutes please click HERE”. This will take you to the old “archive center” that you have been accustomed to. All available meeting agendas and minutes since 2003 can be found here. If you need historical documents prior to this time you must request this information as a public information request by using this form (PDF) and sending it to the City Clerk at the contact information listed on the form.
Older Meeting Information
The city is working to make information prior to 2003 available online to you in the future. In addition, all webcasts (meeting videos) prior to January 2014 are currently not available on the web. We are in the process of converting prior year webcasts to make available to the public. Please be patient with us as we go through this process.
