The City of Bellaire offers its citizens the chance to learn, serve, and be involved with the City through a program called the Bellaire Citizens Academy (established in 2016.)
We will not be hosting a Citizens Academy this year due to low enrollment. Please email cbright@bellairetx.gov to be placed on the 2027 waitlist.
