The Bellaire Animal Shelter Advisory Committee was established in June 2022. The Bellaire City Council created the committee to assist the Bellaire Police Department in complying with Texas Health and Safety Code requirements related to the operations of an animal shelter in Texas. The committee meets quarterly.
